Summary of The Call of Cthulhu

The Call of Cthulhu pdf is written by an American writer H. P. Lovecraft in 1926. He used to edit the writings in a way that they were later Recognized as his work. This story is a fiction classical writing. Video games and movies were made in this book. It is a horror short story. It has intricated and dramatic plot

This book has three chapters and every chapter is somehow revolving around the investigation about a strange-looking creature called Cthulhu. In first chapter, the horrifying dreams of Henry Anthony Wilcox are dragging the attention of its readers. Later they found a diary near a dead body that has all the articles and journals related to that creature. The creature is a mixture of Octopus’s face, Crocodile body with wings it as having human traits. In the second chapter, a New Orleans police officer held a meeting after finding a statue. This was similar to the dreams of Wilcox. In the last chapter, they came to know all the things were real. And they were unaware of the danger of Cthulhu for a long time.

It is an entertaining story that grasps the attention of the reader that one feels he is living in the story. It is horrifying. It is a quick read piece of literature. The symbolic language used is a bit confusing.

The storytelling flow of this book is just amazing. The best this is the philosophies that are mentioned in it. The one I personally like is that The maximum merciful thing in the world, I think, is the lack of ability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We stay on a placid island of ignorance within the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was now not intended that we have to voyage far. You can get the ebook pdf download from below
